These terms govern the rental of vehicles through DriveEasy Dubai. By submitting a booking request you agree to them.

Booking & confirmation

A booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation until our concierge team confirms availability and terms with you.

Rental requirements

Renters must hold a valid driving licence and meet age and documentation requirements, confirmed by our team prior to delivery.

Payment

Pricing is confirmed on request. Payment is due upon pickup.

Liability

Vehicles are fully insured. The renter remains responsible for traffic fines and any damage caused outside the terms of the insurance cover.
